Misbehaveing and Unresponsible for giving the service

Dear Sir,

I have purchased samsung mobile ON 7/2 from Mobile Planet Shop No. 9, DDA, Janak Puri, District Centre, New Delhi, Delhi - 011 25516853 (mobileplanet2000@gmail.com)

At the purchasing time they promise me to service the mobile, but Now when I was asked for repair my out-of-ordered mobile, they did refuse to give service and did lot of misbehave to me,

So I am requesting you to could you take required action against this Misbehave and my out-of-ordered mobile, and mail to me response?
