Mobile set videocon
Delay in replacement

I had purchased a videocon mobile set (V1602 model) & the set was of poor quality and videocon given approval for replacement with a new one.

Big Bazar -Guwahat received the defective set with official documents from undersigned on 16.11.2011.

New hand set of videocon not available and when asked for similar telephone of Nokia make that is aslo not available. They are insisting on some otherr brand like Fly, Alcatel set or Touch screen set of higher value.

The case is pending as on date.

If any help can be extended from your end it will help. Could not find any site to lodge directly to Bigbazar.
