Converting CC Payment in to EMI

I had buyed Samsung Wave 2 from Andheri (E) Marol Mobile Store, During the time of Buy, i was informed that the Credit Card Swiped for payment will be converted in to 6 EMI's, but later after a week i came to know that the Amount of Rs 16590 is not converted in to 6 EMI's, When informed the om Mobile Store, they asked me to speak to Citibank people and get my Credit Card payment converted in to EMI and whatever balance amount will be return back to me by cheque.

Buying Date of Mobile: 02/07/11

Payment Error Information: 16/07/11

Almost a month and i have not received my Balance amount of 956/-
