Poor after sale service and breach of purchse offe

Sir,

I brought two mobile phones from your shops. The detail of which are as follows:

1. Model: Samsung S 3500; Date of Purchase: 23/07/09; Invoice No: HM 4653; Customer Name: Dr. Deepak Thakur;

2. Model: Ray T 60; Date of Purchase: 25/07/09; Invoice No: HM 4683; Customer Name: Mrs. Divya thakur (wife of the complainant).

I intend to lodge complaint regarding the following:

a. So far I have not received gift of Rs. 400-(200 Rupees for each mobile phone) as promised by the store though i have fulfilled all formalities for it regarding the claim of the gift.

b. Despite my repeated requests that the phone Ray T 60 has developed some snag, there has been no offer from their side to render any service for the repair. In the month of October this cell phone was deposited with the store for the repair and the phone was kept in their custody for more than ten days. But it was returned with the reason that the technical support was not available for the repair.
