Poor Product Sale

Sir,

I have purchased a new mobile set on 13th Dec'09 from the Mobile Stores, Sec-3, Rohini, ND_85. The brand was Nokia-1209. Only after one day the phone was not not working even dial or recieve a single call from this. When contacted to mobile stores there sales person Mr. Aatish have no solution & i was get informed to go to Nokia Care.

It ia big surprise tht after some "treatment" the phone was not working again 7 the problem repeat itself. On next day i went to nokia care again then they kept the set for 10-20 days & still not able to use the set.

How can anybody show faith to Nokia, Nokia Care, Nokia Products & Mobile Store???

I am recommeding all of you to not go to Mobile store in any case for any purchasing.
