Amt.deducted unfairly request but repeated

Hi! sir/madam,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards cash balance deducted from my a/c the phone no. is 9211317480 has the request no. 304036 and dated 22nd june not resolved my previous balance refunded but w/tune was still active and they ldeducted all the refunded amount and my latest cash recharge of rs. 50/- and i had sent the message to the officer to delete the w/tune but they deducted the all my balance which was yesterday activated on dt. 24 th june. please do the needful . tata indicom mobile.
