I purchased handset of Sony Ericssion j105i on dated 21.4.10 but due to some reason it was not working properly. I went to your authorized service centre at Teletalk communication at Bhajanpura, New Delhi. They denied to repair the phone as the phone contains moisture in it and taking 20 days to repair it with the cost of Rs 450.And they misbehaved with me This phone is in warranty period of 1 year as moisture is obious due to rainy sesion. Since the phone is in warranty its their duty to repair it. It does not having any part damaged. I am a very fond of Sony phones, currently i am having 3 sony phones at my home. But after this incidence, we have decided not purchase any sony products in future and convince other persons of my community to not to go for sony products, If my query does not resolve within 10 days.
