Rectification of fridge problem

Sir,

With due respect, it is submitted that I have a fridge of your company bearing model No 8090 purchased on 24.5.2006 and had taken AMC for two years on 29.3.2010.by paying the requiste fees. Problem started (cooling problem) and the engineers of your company rectified the problem twice on different occasions but the problem could not be rectified completely. I have made complaint to your esteemed organisation on number of occasion but to my surprise your callous attitude is forcing me to file consumer case as well as publication in the newspaper at your cost and consequences. I therefore request you to take appropiate steps at the earliest and take stringent steps against errant officails for bringing bad reputation to your esteemed organisation at the earliest.
