Very Bad Service & Response

Dear Sir,

It a very serious issue of the service provided by your nasik franchiese,

My consignment No.201555975 pickup date - 15.09.2010 from Bangalore reached here in nasik

on 17.09. since then i am doing the followup to get the material but no one at you nasik office is least bothered to take the responsibility and give the proper answer, the reply i am getting is that you contact our octroi clearing person or contact this and that person, our delivery to out of octroi limit is once in a week, since last 4 days i am furstrated doing the followup but till toady i could not get the material.

from Bangalore the material reaches to nasik in 2 days time and within Nasik i could not the material in 4 days also, so just tell me weather we shold continue business with you or not with this kind of service.

hope at least some responsible person fro Trackon will reply to this mail.
