Hand Grinder dead in warranty period

I have purchased a hand grinder 4 months back. After 2 months of working the unit failed. I have contacted the sales dealer M/S KBM Electronics, Lakshmi nagar who inturn tried to connect to the service dealer of Morphy Richards. After 2 weeks of registering the complaint, the engineer visited my home.
He refused to share his contact details and inturn assured that the unit will be replaced and will be deilvered in a weeks time.
Now no one is responding and the effective days of warranty is passing by. I would request you to please take necessary action regarding the resolution of the product.
