Jar leekage is not rectified for past one yea

We brought Morphy richards food processor select 600 on 20 july after 6 months the liquid jar started leaking the complaint was lodged to get is rectified on following dates.

The Jar is still with Aqua Rain Marketing & services, shop no 8, shanti complex, indra market, sector - 27, noida.

They are unable to solve the problem and if we call them they misbehave. We have spoken to all senior executives on morphy richards sales n service but nothing has worked out so far. kindly help
