LCD TV is completely dead into warranty period. Company has't taken any action

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a MOSERBAER MBYT 20HD - 20" LCD tv on 17/02 from Great

Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. (290, G.T. Road, Kazipara More, Howrah - 711102,

West Bengal).(MR NO. HW/CMR/02274/02275/11-12 and VAT no. 19451814006 and

TAX CREDIT MEMO NO. HW/CB/02308/11-12). From 31/05 the LCD TV

didn't show any display, the screen went totally black.

They replied that a serviceman would visit in 48 hrs. But no one

contact me still now since 1st June. Please take care of that

problem...
