ON 17/10 PURCHASED LCD MOSERBAER LCD FROM CROMA MALAD AND THE MODEL NO 10062597 0907900276, PRODUCT NO-SN:6499927 900276, AND THE CIMPLAINT NO IS 10054786770003 DATED 03/05.AS IT IS UNDER 1YEAR WARENTY AND 1YEAR EXTEDED WARENTY, I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINNING REGUARLY AND there seems no body really intrested in helping out the greviences of the customerI have purchase this TV for my entertainment but rather the entertainment it is giving me mental harassment, i have called the customer service several times since the 3rd may iam always told that there is a problem in the lcd display and the parts are not available, then when i ask for the senior or the person in charge the customer service excecutive gives me a mobile no of RAJIV BHATT 9320615497 after i call him he assures me that he will send the technicean the next day, but nobody shows up again i call, RAJIV BHATT, he gives me THE NO 0266157931/66157939 AND ASKS ME TO TALK TO SANTOSH, WHEN I CALL SANTOSH HE ASTS ME FOR ALL THE DETAILS AND TELLS ME HE WLL CALL BACK, BUT HE DOES NOT, again i keep calling him he sends a technicean on the 22 may at 9.30pm is that the time to visit a customer? he opens the TV.writes down some number and says he will give it to the company, next day i call Santosh he tells me to call on monday, i.e today i called him at 10.30am, he asked me to call after 3pm, icalled up he said that it will take some time and he is through with the complain and disconected the call, again when i called he said that i should go to CROMA MALAD.I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE HARASSING ME, AND OIAM NOT SURE OF EVEN GETTING THE TV REPAIRED, OR REPLACED, PLEASE HELP, AS FOR CROMA RETAIL DOES NOT HAVE ANY EMAIL ID THAT I CAN EMAIL THEM YHE TELEPHONE NO GIVEN IS ALWAYS BUSY
