Mother board failure

I have got the model no KDL-40EX720IN5 purchased on 02.10.2012

with invoice value of Rs 79900.00 with one year warranty

t.v.suddenly failed and only indicator light is blinking. I connected to company's service center.

They informed that there is mother board spare failure. I have requested to REPLACE THE T.V.

This is brand T.V WHICH INCLUDE LED, HD, 3D FACILITY.

Company stated that ITS NOT OUR POLICY TO REPLACE T.V.even in warrenty period.
