GOODS not received, Money Not refunded

Dear Sir,

I had place a Purchase Order & Deposited Advance Payment of Rs.6825/- on 18th-Jan, to Mr. Yogesh

M/s ROLEX INDIA, 20, Sukhsagar Complex, 1st Floor, Nr. Kakadia Hospital, Bapu Nagar, Ahmedabad-380024,

But till date, he has not sent the goods, even he has refused to refund the money.

He is not picking up my phone calls and the Land Line number is not responding, rather found switched off.

So, please register my complaint against him & kindly support us, to resolve the matter at the earliest.
