Not response about DOA

I am Navjot singh From Amritsar (Punjab).

I was Purcahsed motorola A810 mobile. My mobile is automaticlly restart and Data cable Not attach, Hang PCB Problem. The service centre Provide me a DOA certificate on 16-2. But the service centre told me that the replace mobile is given by that shop where i purchase this mobile, The name of the purchasing shop is THE MOBILE STORE.But THE MOBILE STORE told that there is not any information from company side about REPLACE of mobile. I hope you solve my problem as earlier as posible. Kindly reply me.
