Cheating and selling outdated technology to the consumers

I recently purchased motorola backflip MB300 handset, i was never informed that it runds an outdated operating system "Android 1.5" while "Android 2.2" is the standard in todays market. Due to this i cant use many of the features that were promised to me.

Also i was told that i can call on "1800111211" for any complaints and a technician would arrive at my doorstep for any help, to my surprise, when i called this number it says " This Number Does not Exist, Please Check the Number you have dialed".

Motorola is selling all the outdated technology in the US and UK to us in India without following minimal ethics, what does thay think of India?

Something has to be done and Indian markets should not accept their outdated products whatsoever.
