Not accept warranty claim

Dear sir,

I have baught a motorola mobile one and hallf month back. The battery backup of battery is only one day (24hrs only), but it should be 250 hrs standby and 200hrs up to talk time. Also 3 mp camera is not working well and creats problem. Also, touchscreen is not working convienentely. I had gone to motorola service center, but he has not given any proper response. Regularly, i m approaching service center, but no response 4 exchansing battery. Yet . warranty of mobile and battery is one year.
