MOBILE IS WITH COMPANY FOR LAST 3 MONTH

Respected Sir,

I Mr Subhash Bhuliram Dhobi have submitted mobile handset in motorola service centre in the month of August for the problem of display not working after a month i have contact with service centre they told that they are going to replace my handset and giving me a new as they do'nt have parts available, but now it November ending yet i have not recevied my handset, from last 3 month month i am contacting customer care of Motorola they are not having specific detail of my handset i am facing lot of problem whenever i call they give assurance with a week time problem will solve but problem is same as 3 month before. Please Sir help me as mobile is under warranty period.
