Cell phone not replacing

Hey i had bought a Motorola defy on 24 Th June, just after 2 weeks the cell phone was not charging the service center told they changed the motherboard and again after 2 weeks the cell phone has the same problem with other problems as well like

Phone not getting charged

When ever trying to play music cell phone switch off automatically

many times on call the phone switched off

Phone switch off and start and switch off continuously... please help me out guys need to put a consumer complaints against the company for looting me... any help will be appreciated
