My phone is in service center for 5 months in warranty period

my phone is in service center in pc world panipat for 5 months and my phone was in warranty period.no one in service center is taking pain to give me satisfactory reply and not giving my phone back.if this type of service i will get i request you to replace me old phone with new phone .i think so you will look seriously in my complaint and reply me ASAP.
