I am very sorry to say but the service centre of motorolathat is setup in the dolamundai area is offers very oor service in case of mobile repairing. The "CHANNEL 4" service centre has very inefficient employees who don't treat their customers with respect and disrespect them. My mobile got its defect in the april month.i submitted it to them and they returned it back to me in a about a week on 8th april.they replaced my battery, charger and updated my software.hell broke loose when i found the phone repeatedly got swithched off on any key being pressed.morever the new batter that i got replaced by paying Rs.500 gave me very poor backup.talktime time was only 2-3 hrs.i plead please look into the matter failing which i will lodge a complaint in consumer forum for the inefficeient services of motorola service centres.better stop hiring inefficient and unprofessional employees like that of "CHANNEL 4".
