Worst Mobile company, worst Service

Since some day's I am facing some frustrate situation for my Motorola phone only. I brought Motorola rkr Z6 form Motorola Authorized dealer Aundh, Pune on July. Since that day I have been facing lots of problem with that phone, Worst has came on few day's back The phone has deactivated due to invalid IMEI no.as per my knowledge, those phones which are belongs to gray market or duplicate China market has invalid IMEI no. So my question is does Motorola sale duplicate products in their authorized dealer. It’s very unfortunate that I have have faced on such a situation even after purchasing it form company Authorized dealer.
