Phone freezed By AIRTEL

Sir/Madam,

My phone has been blocked by Airtel people, they messaged me on 29th November saying to register my phone but because i was out of town was unable to do so.

The very next day my phone stopped working, i talked with them they said it cant get working again.

I will be obliged if problem can be resolved as early as possible n a fair decison to be made..
