Mtorola w180 with internal problem

I have purchased a motorola w180 from store (vishal elektrocrafts, 197 sarat bose road, kol-29) near to my house for my father, my father uses the aircel network, when my father started to use this handset suddenly he found out that it was not supporting the network at all, when we talked with the store maneger he told us that he would replace the phone and our problem would be solve immedeatly but when we got new replaced handset from the store the problem did not cure, the store sales guy told me that motorola w180 did not supporting the aircel network at all, the motorola w180 is only can be used in vodaphone network properly.
