Failed commitment

Dear Team,

With utmost disappointment, I had to agree that the product launched by you was good, however post sale support has been pathetic. I gave complaint a lot of time on your support website of the issue that I am facing due to lower internal memory. I cannot install application of my choice, every time there is a restriction of memory. Have made a lot of attempts to check if this is getting upgraded to 2.2 Froyo, however no information yet.

This is killing the entire experience of using Android, there isnt an alternate solution to store all application on my SD card. If there is any help possible please do let me know. I am sick and tired of not using the application that I would wish to. Help...
