Motorola Z6
Mobile is blocked

Hi,

I had bought Motorola Z6 about 2 years back from a renowned Dealer Sangeetha Mobile stores in Bangalore paying Rs. 12, 000/-.

Now my mobile is blocked saying the IMEI number is not Valid.

I had check my IMEI number through SMS to 121 with Airtel and they replied saying the IMEI is valid and I have saved the message. Apart from this I have messaged my number to 53232 and even from there I received a 'Success' message.

As per Airtel they say that the Mobile is blocked by TRAI and they cannot do anything.

I am really not able to understand as to what am I supposed to do.
