Not working

I have purchased a mp3 player through online rediff shopping. i have recieved the player but its not working. i did not find any customer care number or email id to call/write to them. Can any body let me know the rediff shopping customer care phone number or email id please.

There is no response after purchasing the products. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM REDIFF SHOPPING.
