Take action againest local mpeb office

Sir,

i am a poor Farmer of village hinota th. hatta dist. damoh .m.p. before 7 days an electricity main line wire has been broke out and i lodged complaint nearest elect. office but no one take any strong action . and when i goes they said its not my job any other one repair it . they don't take action on the power of local politician... and denied to take complaint some other electricity office ..to the power of that person... please take an strong Acton against him, because that wire finished my 4 pet animal ..and its become dangerous for me and my family members...
