Dear Sir,

I Dr. Leonard Gomes residing at 6/3, B Pan Bagan Lane Kolkata -14. The CESC has installed a transformer just next to our house about two years back. During the hot season. The hot air that comes out from transformer during the day as well as during the night is unbearable. During the hot season the wind is always blowing from the south to the North, and our house is on the North side of the transformer so we are facing all the hot air which comes out of the transformer installed by the CESC.

Supposing there is an accident as it happened in Thakurpukar last year, what are the measures of safety? The CESC is totally responsible for any mishap. So kindly send your Engineers to make an inspection and do the needful as soon as possible. Please take this seriously.
