Mobile Damaged

I had problems in charging my Blackberry 8800. Apart from the charging problem the phone was working awesome. I gave it for service (18/7) to Mr. Service Mobile Communication India Pvt, Ltd.(Vadapalani). The told that the Charging Connector Unit has to be replaced in the Circuit Board & gave an estimation of 1600 Rs. They took 1 week to repair it. I paid the amount 1800Rs

(200 extra for service charge ) & got my mobile.

After I received, when I Checked it was not even charging for 5 seconds. It kept disconnecting. Again I gave it for service & they took an other 1 week to repair.

Today (27/7) I got the Mobile & After I inserted the SIM, the phone is not able to connect to the Network. It says searching for Network. I called them & inquired about this & they told this has nothing to do with the Charging issue.

I pretty well know that while replacing the charging unit they have damaged the circuit board. So after paying 1800 bucks to them Now I have a phone which I cant use. I'm not sure what action will be taken against them but just want to other to aware of the service Mr. Service provides to its customers... Make sure other are not deceived by them.
