M/S BENGAL ENERGY/INVERTER
GIVEN LOW POWER INVERTER

I purchased an inverter from M/S BENGAL ENERGY, Address is JANAI- HOOGHLY. PIN- 712304. The Proprietor of the Comp. assured me to give a 1KVA power Inverter & 1 Good quality Exide Battery by paying Rs.18000/-.I agree with the terms. But the person gave me 650 voltage inverter & a Exide Battery. I asked the reason, he assured that within 1 week he should provide 1KVA Inverter. It was happened on 28/02 but still i didn't get the 1KVA Inverter. The person tries to ignore me now where as I had already given him full amount (Rs.18, 000/-) by a cheque no.451186 (SBI, Bally) on 08/02 in the name of UMA GHOSH (Wife of the person) A/c No. 09801530000750. (HDFC Bank)

Please do the needful at earliest.
