Illegal use on electricity

hi i am kiran from byculla, mumbai 400010, . i want to complain about illegal neighbour in building (mr. Ramnath Sheramkar is using electricity illegally by connecting wires directly to the meter rooms. they conect the wire in the evening till morning they use the electricity in the same manner.

He is also using electricity for ironing, light, fan, electrical work,

allredy some electricity diparment workers are come there & remove there illegal wires from cabin, but after they going then some people are connect again, again some people connect wires, but not any one doing seriusly that problem, please take some action as soon as possible
