Defective product sent two time

i m cheated two time by company as

I have purchased two spy pen one bi one from NAPTOL in 3-1.& 5-5 (Order No 1198300& 1766930) COD basis. Upon checking I found the same as faulty & after discussing with the customer care of naptol.com (ph :9223526148) I have sent back the spy pen to arramex india ltd After that I have spoke many times with the customer care of M/s Naptol.com for refund of my money but till date they have not yet returned nor any call have come from them…So, I requuest the competent authorities to register this complaint and prosecute the culprits for which I can adduce documentary evidence if called for.
