Service Engineer Not Visited Since 10 days

Dear Madam/ Sir,

I had logged a call DEL 280 3100 312 on 28th March regarding the First Service of my AC purchased last year from Sound & Image Dealer Jail Road Delhi -64.

Since last 10 days every day i am calling on helpline nos for hours and after that customer care excutive says we will be sending service engineer by tomorrow, but till the time that tomorrow didnt came.

On 3rd April one of the Exceutive gave me mobile no of Mr. Amit (9582555281 manager in Apollo Service cenre), and told me he will send an engineer from this particular service centre, but no one answers my call and i have made almot 100 of calls but no response received from this no.

Being a International Brand no one can expect this kind of poor services fromVideocon.

I think I will be no more purchasing any product of Videocon, if still my complaint was not addressed.
