Loss of Mobile along with SIM

Dear Sir,

I have lost my mobile during travelling in bus. I have donphin SIM Card.

My mobile nos is 9869160114. Reqeust you to lock the current network and provide a duplicate SIM card with sam mobile no i.e 9869160114. After providing duplicate SIM Card request you to activate the SIM Card with the same mobile no. (9869169114).

My Resi land line no. 25320605 (After 70m onward) Off : 9 to 5 (66437400)

Pls confirm.
