Complaint number 256482

i am not able to make and receive any calls.

i have registered a complaint but no action have been taken.

some customer care executives disconnect the call in between the conversation.

and one more complaint i had lost my sim card and had gone to sanchaar haat for the reissue of the same number and reissue took more than 10 days which is done with in 24 hours by other cellular operators...

mtnl's service is below average and non satisfactory...
