Cheating company

Am using MTS Mblaze, last month i recharged for Rs.999 plan, in the starting upto 5 gb i got 200kbps speed but after that i got 15 kbps speed, when i call to customer care they will take complaint and say ur problem will be slved in next 48hrs, till yet i lost RS.150 while talking with customer care person, still am in trouble, better u guys dont go for MTS.
