Money charged but no mobile recharge

Yesterday through my ICICI bank card I charged Rs 500 recharge for my wife's phone 9740365988. After secure D code, the screen hanged and an error message 503 came after a long time. I got email from ICICI that my card has been charged. But recharge did not come. Usually I get mails from Freecharge on coupons which also did not come.

I made a complaint on Freecharge no #117197. Waiting for immediate recharge or reversal of card charges.
