I had purchase on MVL Mobile G99 grey 01106995 IME: 910549400119413 on Ist June and I received on 5th June. My Invoice No is 118079 .I had booked online through Snapdeal. The habdset is giving problem after 15 days of delivery MP3 is not working it is getting hanged video player and internet is also not working. i had shown to the service centre at Dadar Cell Pub Ranade Road Dadar West. mobile no 919004703565 / 912232173686.They said that this is chine phone and it cannot be repaired you send it back to snapdeal. They didnt even open the handset. what is the use of service centre if they cannot solve the customers problem.

Please let me know what I should in this matter.
