Subject: Improper customer management

I have purchased MWO--30SC1, on Nov. Last AMC was from JAN to JAN.

I registered a complaint under AMC and the service engineer confirmed that the part needs to be replaced and it comes under AMC but no response has been taken by the company and all the time says that the part (electronic chip panel) is not available. Now AMC over and they are not handling the complaint so kindly take some action so that more people should not face the same problem.
