I had purchased 3 MX Make step down voltage converters 220v to 110v from Lohar Chawl, Mumbai.
The maximum load was 2500watts printed on the box, as soon as I connected load (much less then 2500watts) to the products that I purchased from America the products burnt their was a explosion in the products. I lost my
1. Microsoft X Box
2. Cordless Phone
3. Hair Dryer
4. Mixer grinder due to the defective products made by MX electronics.
Who will be responsible for the losses.
