Problem in brand new mobile

I want to warn customers while purchasing Mobile keep your self away from fraud company Accord Mobiles Ltd. I have purchased a 'Accord A19 Dual SIM handset' 15 days ago. After using days set shows "Invalid SIM" for both SIM

I was unable to use it anymore. I make a complaint to dealer to replace the hendset, there was not any service center so company marketing guy Gaurav Anand meet me & refused to replace the handset with new one. He says you have used mobile for more than 30 minutes talktime so we do'nt return it it will be repaired from our factory service centre in Accord Communication Ltd. Meerut.

After 15 days my handset not returned to me. I am very sad with service & quality of Accord Mobiles.
