Phone purchased within 12 months but not getting serviced

Hi,

My name is Sayuj Nambiar. I bought a Nokia N73 mobile on 22nd august from mobile store, near Forum mall in bangalore. I have a tax invoice for this phone.

Today09/08 I walked in to Nokia Care, Next to Forum Mall in Bangalore for servicing some issues related to my phone. Such as Phone speaker volume low and other issues. The Nokia Care authorities informed me that the phone is not in warranty so it cannot be serviced. I showed them my bill but still they refused to service.

Nokia according to their service policies guarantees 1 year warranty (12 months). But still I am not getting services from Nokia. I want my phone serviced.

I wish to recieve justice,
