I place an order in sep10, for 8GB Green apple i-pod. Due to defected item the same has been sent back to the supplier, they acknowledge the receipt and enssure to replace soon but the same is not matured. The said item is not delivered to me after my several requests. Each time the custmer care assuers me for delivering the product in 5 to7 days but it never be true.
