Worst Experience i ever had while buying

Sold me a damaged ephone 3300, on recieving i found it damaged, i ws told to send it ti krishna traders for the replacement it has beena period of 2 months there is no info.hen i will get my replaced cell. Customer care service is so poor that customer call handling persons are found laughing with their colleagues and not attending customer seriously.

Now after making 100 of calls and complaints i hav made my mind to goto consumer court of india and i will register a case against this . and i will claim for Rs 4200 cell charges 250 rs for courier foor sending it for replacement my 100 telephonic cals.

i will tell them what power the customer holds.
