Digital Cam not functioning

Sir, I haved ordered to Naaptol company by calling them on phone. The articles ordered were the Digital Cam Mobile. My Order Number is 1407530. I have taken delivery of the articles at World First Flight Courrier, at Kadapa Town in Andhra Pradesh, having paid Rs.4, 000, towards the cost of articles and courrier charges.

The Cam is not functioning at all. It is not even started functioning. I placed a complaint through email. But, there is no response. I asked the company to return the amount paid by me.

Please help me in getting back my amount.
