I had received Sony Ericsson Mobile W910i from Naaptol yesterday (march 6). My order number is 3552973. When i was opened the box there is no Memory card reader which is usually come with the sony ericsson kit, then i came to realize that the mobile is not Switcing ON. They have sent defective product. I was really surprised how without checking the product condition whether it is working or not they are sending it to the customer.
I have registered complaint to Naaptol Customer Care. Please take steps ASAP and replace the new mobile. Pls Give value to our Money.
