Non functioning of the article

I had purchased a mp3/mp4 player (greenapple 8gb) through Naaptol online shopping on 06/06/10 (order id 467570) by making payment by my credit card. the product was not working properly as after few minutes its battery was discharged. Now it is totally dead as no charging is taking place. I had sent a email to naaptol .but no response.
