I had ordered a big home mini silai machine from naaptol in april . my order no was 3788134 . the product that i recieved was defective and even after frequent complaints no action was taken. now they are asking me to send the machine back but they arent giving any guarantee of refund or replacement or repair. what should be my next course of action? i want to file a proper complaint and misleading advertisement against them.
